As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will design, migrate, and implement complex hosting solutions using cloud-focused automation techniques. You will work closely with Engineers/Developers/Data Scientists, Application teams, and Infrastructure and Security teams to deliver the best solutions for enterprise infrastructure design. You should possess excellent knowledge in public and hybrid cloud models, particularly within a Microsoft Azure Context.
This role will have direct interaction with customers (SMEs/Business Process Owners), infrastructure team (Automation amp; Cloud), front-end development team and senior management.
Requirements
* Azure Repos (Git or GitHub)
* Azure DevOps
* Azure Pipelines (YAML Builds) and Releases
* Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates, Ansible, etc.
* PowerShell, Azure PowerShell/CLI, bash, etc.
• Azure Cloud Services: App Services and Plans, Azure Functions, SQL Databases (IaaS amp; PaaS), Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Container Registries
• Broad understanding of Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, Azure Load balancers, Scale Sets, App Service Environments, Azure App Proxies, Network Security Groups, Azure Active Directory integration, Policy, SSL Certs and DNS
* Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
* Linux proficiency preferred, particularly in container-focused distros such as CoreOS
* Eperience with Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics
Additional Qualifications:
* 5+ years’ experience in DevOps
* 2+ years’ experience in Azure DevOps
* 2+ CI/CD
* Strong power shell scripting experience
* Excellent understanding of and experience with Infrastructure as a Code (IaaS)
* Solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and Networking challenges
