We are scaling up very fast, and the Monterrey office is looking for a superhero to perform the Office Manager role. Are you our creative, dynamic, enthusiastic, and enterprising ‘Jack-of-all-trades’ we all can depend on? Do you have a great talent to arrange and organize, a sense of accuracy, an eye for detail, and an employee-centric way of working?

What will your responsibilities be?

  • You make sure all facilities in and around the office are running smoothly to unburden all our employees (called Superheroes) in their daily work
  • You will take the lead in organizing the various company events and improving the work environment of the office and the well-being of all Superheroes
  • You will provide practical assistance to the ‘onboarding’ and ‘offboarding’ for Superheroes
  • You will be the primary contact for several suppliers and manage the Office Management budget
  • You will be part of the Monterrey team (you will report directly to People amp; Culture in the Netherlands and to the Director Monterrey) and will participate in various projects, helping not only to develop this amazing scale-up company to the next phase, but also to make a real impact on the great employee experience at Studyportals.

Finance responsibilities:

  • Involved in salary management (partly with Accountancy amp; General Director)
  • Suppliers selection and relationship management

HR responsibilities:

  • Setting up amp; keeping track of employees’ paperwork, contracts, employees files (together with Accountancy and Recruiter)
  • Internal communications, staff well-being
  • Handle exit interviews amp; feedback
  • Ensure personnel administration is up to date, lease with Accountant requests, when needed
  • Employees conflict management (together with the respective direct manager)
  • Keep perfect track of important company documents (archive/storage)

Requirements

  • Flexible with work hours during busy periods
  • High-level verbal and written communications skills
  • Great English skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Tech savvy, able to pick up new (office and administration) tools and systems quickly
  • +3 years of work experience
  • University graduate
  • You want to work part-time (up to 30 hrs p/week)
