As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to clients' needs. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong marketing and advertising background, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand clients' goals and create solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients that effectively communicate
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify areas for growth and expansion.
- Lead the development and execution of client strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure all client accounts are properly documented and updated in the company's CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a key account management role in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
