We are rapidly expanding our in-house Recruiting Team, looking to hire a Sales Recruiter who is fluent in English amp; Spanish. You will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of the Sourcing and Recruiting process. You will meet with hiring managers to determine headcount and talent needs, before helping to build out job descriptions, sourcing and posting plans, and conducting interviews. You will be responsible to support hires global sales positions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Source and attract qualified sales candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements for sales positions.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific sales staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified sales professionals for current and future job openings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the sales recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update job descriptions and other recruitment materials.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions and recruitment progress.
- Promote the organization and attract sales professionals utilizing social media.
- Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the sales recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Recruiter in a Recruitment Agency
- In-depth knowledge of sales roles and responsibilities, including different sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, such as social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Experience conducting phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate sales candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified sales professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of contacts in the sales industry.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and attracting top sales talent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., Certified Recruitment Professional) would be a plus.
