Objective
Assume full responsibility for all aspects of the hotel operation by being proactive, creative, results-oriented and capable of maintaining Belmond's excellence and achieving a high-quality level of service.
Description
Full understanding of hotel luxury hotel operation.
Active participation in the establishment of annual objectives and KPIs for each area.
Develop high-quality business strategies and ambition plans ensuring alignment with short- and long-term objectives.
Strong knowledge of performance management and corporate finance principles.
Development and execution of strategies in the luxury market.
Budgeting processes, sales, and marketing strategies.
Profitable strategic project management
Requirements
Previous experience in Mexico's properties
Full luxury hotel operation knowledge
Schooling: bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
Spanish and English spoken
Strong leadership skills
