The Operations Infrastructure team at WePay is responsible for providing tools to improve operational efficiency for Risk Analysts, Customer Servicing and visibility into partner health for all Product Owners. We build reusable components, platforms and guidelines for other teams to effectively operationalize what they build ( product health dashboards, etc. ). We also provide simple yet powerful workflows that support configurable assignment of issues amp; escalations.
What You Will Do:
- Design and develop features on customer facing user-interfaces
- Review peer engineers’ designs and codeIdentify and establish better engineering practices that can help improve code quality and agility
- Support customer-facing portal in productionHelp educate and guide junior members of the team with engineering amp; front-end development
- Build infrastructure to improve release agility and quality (e.g. test infrastructure, better instrumentation/monitoring)
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent technical experience2+ years of development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5Experience using modern front-end tools such as React, Redux, SASS, webpack, jest, etc.
- An open-minded and flexible nature with pragmatic problem-solving approaches
- The ability and willingness to take complete ownership over a feature, bug or entire project and drive it to completion
- Ability to work full-stack (comfortable switching between the front and back-end)
- Restful API design and implementation
- Working knowledge in Python or Java
Salary Range
- 115000 - 145000 USD Base Salary
