As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible of creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for digital products, applications, and websites. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field. Relevant certifications or a master's degree are a plus.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects that demonstrate your expertise.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Photoshop, Illustration, and Sketch.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and present design ideas convincingly.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Passion for staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for digital products, applications, and websites. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Figma Expertise: Utilize Figma as the primary design tool to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Create and maintain design systems, components, and style guides in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
- Agile Methodologies (Scrum): Work closely with product owners and development teams in an agile environment, following Scrum practices. Participate in sprint planning, user story refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring UI/UX requirements are clearly defined and integrated into the development process.
- Visual Design Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustration, and Sketch to create visually appealing assets, including icons, illustrations, and visual elements that align with the brand identity and enhance the user experience.
- Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs. Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback to iterate on strategies, and ensure client satisfaction with the final product.
- Detail Orientation: Pay meticulous attention to design details, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to design guidelines. Conduct thorough quality checks and review designs for consistency, usability, and accessibility.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth integration of UI/UX designsarticulate design decisions and rationale to non-designers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
