As the Bilingual Helpdesk Analyst at Concord, you will serve as the primary point of contact for local and remote users contacting User Support. The Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for ensuring desktop and office systems are working correctly and enabling our teams to function efficiently. We are looking for a resourceful, knowledgeable, helpful, and cooperative IT professional.
Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot workstations, printers, networks, and applications
- Support/install/upgrade software and hardware products
- Add/delete/maintain users on the network; creating Windows logins, set up email accounts, assigning application access, and ensuring security
- Setup employee Phone Ext./V-mail/Workgroups
- Participate in department meetings, providing input and suggestions
- Suggest training ideas for users based upon interaction from resolving support requests
- Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to arrive in the Mexico City office within 30 mins of receiving a call to do so
- Must be self-motivated and require limited supervision
- Must have a polite and responsive manner to deal with caller’s issues in a professional and courteous way
- Basic PC hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Basic software knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365
- Basic understanding of network protocols
- 0-2 years of experience in the IT field
- Degree a plus but not required
- Certifications a plus but not required
- Must be accurate, detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational and time management skills; and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Must be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week depending on workload
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends if needed
- Must meet physical demands of the position including the ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of materials, bend, stoop, and stretch as required for placement and retrieval of materials or equipment on floor, shelving, and workstations
