Job Description
Resilia is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst to help mold our product and optimize GTM team success. The Senior Data Analyst Role will be responsible for owning insights and business intelligence reporting and cementing a data-driven culture across the organization. The role will report directly to Will DeCesare, our Data amp; Analytics Manager. This is a remote role based in Mexico. Resilia's primary language of work is English. What to Expect:
- First Week: You will receive a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan, get set up with all the technologies that support your work in a remote environment, and start to meet other Resilians.
- First Month: You will seek to understand data infrastructure and tooling required to deliver analytics and take ownership of relevant reports, reporting channels, and projects.
- First Six Months: You will set BI and reporting standards across Resilia and implement health of the business, OKR reporting, etc. You will perform in-depth analyses into each team’s performance (e.g., product, sales, marketing, finance) and deliver action-driven insights.
- First Year: You will maintain accurate near-real time health of the business and function reporting. You will lead monthly business reviews that cover the health of the business and drivers into changes. You will also create and lead a stakeholder amp; power user analytics education program.
Requirements
- You are a changemaker who wants to make history in the tech for good space by helping Resilia, a for profit venture-backed SaaS company, reach its next stage of growth and impact
- You have 5+ years experience in analytics, data, finance, marketing, engineering or business operations/insights
- You have expertise in building BI tool experience (Preset, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Hex, Mode, Amplitude/Mixpanel)
- You are familiar with modern data and analytics tech stacks (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Segment)
- You feel comfortable analyzing metrics like LTV, CAC, ARR, ACV, Churn, and PQL
- You are a strong communicator and storyteller who can use data to influence decision making at all levels of the company
- You can identify unmet data quality needs and work with data engineering team to fill them, acting as the project manager from ideation to completion
- You proactively drive change in how business users approach analytical problems, improving their analyses and visualizations
- You are a natural builder who is curious about how businesses work and applies a growth mindset to continuously learn and improve over time
- You want to be a part of a low ego environment and view failure as an opportunity to learn and move on, then get it right the next time around
