Overview

The Business Analyst is a vital part of the product team. As a BA, you will be required to gather requirements from the product owners and translate those requirements into clearly defined user stories and deliverables for the development team to work from. In addition, a BA is responsible for detailed change management and helping the QA team to ensure that the product is working as expected. Finally, the BA is responsible for ensuring that the delivered product meets the requirements prior to delivery to production including all the documents required.

• Great understanding of new systems requirements.
• Defined great User Stories creation. (Epics, Features, General items).
• Redact great Kare documents.
• Become a key part between Product Team and Engineering team for new developments.
• Become an expert on the Kare processes and Applications.
• Help the QA team with the Manual testing and acceptance criteria.
• Help the end-users with the troubleshooting.
• Drive requirement sessions with the product owners around policy administration business processes, technical processes, and non-functional requirements.
• Work with the Team Leads, Product Owners, QA Team, and UXamp;UI designers.
• Support the project manager and development team by owning the documentation of the detailed business requirements, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and identifying out of scope requirements and change requests.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Total experience of 2 years as a Business Analyst in software.
• Knowledge on Azure DevOps. (Optional).
• Basic knowledge on Postgre SQL or Transact SQL. (Nice to have).
• Good knowledge with MS Office 365. (Must).
• Good knowledge on Visio, Lucidchart, Gliffy or any flowchart/diagramming software. (Must).
• UML Diagram (Nice to have).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Analytical thinking.
• Willing to learn and be flexible.
• Manual Testing skills.
• Knowledge on Scrum Methodology.
