About the Role: We’re looking for a creator operations associate to help us empower our ever-growing creator base. The right candidate is solution-oriented, has strong customer service skills, and a firm grasp of marketing/ social media, and is looking to grow FAST!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Communicating with Creators: Educating creators about how Brkfst works, the digital marketing space, and tools/tips of the trade
- Crafting Engaging Content: Including but not limited to building email campaigns, social media posts, and planning webinars
- Nurturing Relationships: Heading creator recruitment, project-specific communication, and fielding questions for creators
- Insightful Industry Content: Research and write articles related to the creator industry
- Collaboration Champion: Collaborating with the accounts team on sourcing creators for specific projects
- Social Media Enthusiast: Posting on social media platforms
Requirements
Proven track record of
- Being self-starting and a creative problem solver with proven written and verbal communication skills
- Thriving in an environment that depends on close partnership with a diverse array of internal and third-party stakeholders
- Working with both creatives amp; other internal parties (and knowing the nuisances of being the in-between)
- Project management skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others)
