Morning shift: 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business areas and IT project teams (Application Development and QA) to ensure products /applications support the business needs.
- Understand and analyze our in-house systems and product suite and provide subject matter expertise to our clients and development teams in professional dashboards.
- Prepare business requirements documentation, develop process flow models, and use cases making dashboards for requirements
- Work within an Agile, Scrum-based, environment
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Work within an Agile, Scrum-based, environment
- Build and maintain accurate User Stories with User Acceptance criteria that will be used by developers, testers and shared with client to ensure that business value is effectively captured and realized
- Work with Scrum team members to determine implementation trade-offs that improve value and reduce cost while respecting the business requirement.
- Create supporting technical documentation (matrices, sample calculations, field definitions, flow diagrams)
- Participate in requirements analysis, documentation of User Stories and development of acceptance criteria
- Support and collaborate with the development team during the implementation of the requirements to clarify and refine User Stories
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business/commerce, statistics/analytics, computer science/informatic, economics, finance or mathematics is a must
- 3+ years of experience coordinating a team
- Experience working with Tableau Desktop (certification preferred) and Tableau Server experience.
- Possess and utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner.
- Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI and other applications.
- Great knowledge of IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge.
- Inbuilt ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
- Able to carry out tasks with little or no supervision and to act swiftly on projects amp; goals outlined.
