Location:

Our positions are based on our new subsidiary in Mexico City. In this role, we expect you to work at the office 3 days per week.

Stages of the Selection Process:

Our selection process currently lasts an average of 40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

• Application Screening;
• Phone interview with Recruiters;
• Technical Case presentation for the Design and Product Team;
• Remote Interview with Head/or stakeholders;
• Offer.

The challenge:

• Be able to discover, prototype, and test top-notch native app experiences and interfaces pursuing a unique and richer experience within the great context of living;
• Work in a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the intersections between business and user needs and take part in decision-making with smart trade-offs;
• Interact closely with the engineering team for flawless implementation of your designs;
• Drive projects that can require work and sharing with other designers and/or working with other squads;
• Be able to deal with the entire lifecycle of the product process - Discover, Define, Create and Validate problems and ideas;
• Use, collaborate, and evolve our Design System;
• Give and receive feedback about processes and delivery of solutions within your product and design team;
• Interact and cross-collaborate with both Brazilian and Mexican designers responsible for other product/service lines.

Requirements

Please only apply if you:

• Have a solid Product Design experience, proven by cases or portfolios that demonstrate your process and decision-making;
• UX Research, Information Architecture and Interaction/Interface Design;
• Can anticipate and deal with user needs within a product team;
• Enjoy both strategy and hands-on Product Design;
• Can interact and communicate well with business and engineering teams turning complex problems into viable solutions and good experience;
• Love working with the end-to-end design process;
• Have a great experience with Interface Design and Native Apps;
• Have high ownership: you get things done;
• Can communicate in English.

Will be even better if you have:

• Worked on real estate companies and/or International teams;
• Experience with UX Metrics.
