Job Description
Intersog, a leading provider of software engineering and IT consulting solutions, is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer UI/UX to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that meet client specifications and end-users' expectations. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create high-quality user interfaces for websites and applications.
- Create wireframes and prototypes and present design concepts to clients for approval.
- Design and develop icons, graphics, and visual elements that are consistent with clients' brands.
- Use design tools to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Develop and maintain design standards that ensure consistency across all projects.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Continuously improve design skills and keep up with design trends and web technologies.
Requirements
- A passion for user-centered design and an eye for detail.
- 5+ years of experience in web design and UI/UX.
- A portfolio that showcases web design skills, including user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
