This role will support the success of manager transition with process and recruiting, support and training. They are entrusted to build strong relationships with both managers, leaders, candidates, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full process of supporting an approved location(s). They will be responsible to set up initial calls to prepare and determine steps of support.
While working in collaboration with the in-unit management team to determines current staffing needs, recruiting plans and assists with forecasts.
Develops talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Leads employment branding initiatives.
Create and Manage requisition in PeopleHub while actively supporting unit.
Leads weekly meetings with the accounts regrading support and progress.
Performs sourcing to fill open positions by setting up manager onsite interviews and anticipate future needs to fill vacancy.
Plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes (screening calls and set up for interviews).
Takes steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assists in employee retention and development during the handoff to unit.
Organize virtual job fair and attend in person -approved career fairs or other recruiting events.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Reviews Frontline reports for accuracy and efficiency.
Work with CGTA for efficiency with postings, perks, refreshes and enhancements.
Makes recommendations for a wide range of position titles.
Creates and provides training for managers on recruiting systems.
Provides guidance to supervisors and managers with interview skills and selection process.
Manages sensitive and confidential information and effectively and collaboratively interacts with client groups.
Subject matter expert on our online recruiting and hiring system-PeopleHub, Indeed, Helix, FADV and other processes and applications.
Reviews weekly FTE and reports and updates Vacancy reporting.
Work with HRBP with background questions, concerns and support of location.
Supports Special projects as needed.
