Executive Assistant

Divelement Web Services, a development agency based in Austin, TX, and Monterrey, MX, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. We are on a mission to create digital solutions using the latest technology, and our Executive Assistant will be an integral part of this mission. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide support to senior executives and ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day business.

• Manage and maintain calendars for senior executives, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure that senior executives are adequately prepared for meetings and have the necessary documents and information.
• Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, both in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Facilitate communication between senior executives and other stakeholders, both inside and outside the company.
• Coordinate and plan events, both internal and external, including team meetings and client visits.
• Research and analyze information on various topics and prepare reports for senior executives.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
• English level C1
