Estrategia Humana, a leading staffing solutions provider in the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking a dynamic and talented People amp; Culture Coordinator to join our team. As a People amp; Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the company's human resources and culture initiatives. Estrategia Humana is dedicated to finding and selecting the right individuals for every job opening and organizational culture, and as a People amp; Culture Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members are happy, healthy, and productive.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including new hire orientation, processing new employee paperwork, and coordinating exit interviews
- Help plan and coordinate company events, team building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Manage the company's HRIS system and maintain employee records, including time-off requests, performance evaluations, and benefits enrollment
- Serve as the point of contact for all employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefit programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends to provide recommendations to management for continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR coordinator role, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
