As an Accounts Payable Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and maintaining solid relationships with our vendors.

Responsibilities include managing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, processing and verifying payments, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential to excel in this role.

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise
• Process and verify payment requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related inquiries and provide necessary support and assistance
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate payments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the video games industry or localization industry is a plus
