As a Mid Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our USA-based client by delivering top-notch administrative assistance and ensuring the efficient operation of their services. You will work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team committed to maintaining clean, healthy, and safe indoor environments for commercial, industrial, and manufacturing facilities, using cutting-edge technology.

• Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient communication.
• Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files and records with precision.
• Lead Generation: Generating and contacting leads for our training program.
• Social Media Presence: Establishing and managing our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Marketing Support: Assisting in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
• Project Management: Helping manage project workflows and track progress for on-time completion.
• Data Handling: Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets and databases.
• Data Analysis: Assisting in data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Slack, Excel, Teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
