Job Description

The majority

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation at our home office.. Your responsibilities will include email management, appointment setting, research, social media support, online file management, and other tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.

Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Filter and prioritize emails, ensuring important messages receive prompt attention. Set up email templates for frequently asked questions to streamline responses.
  • Appointment Setting and Travel Booking: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and calls for the CEO. Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for business trips as needed.
  • Research Projects: Conduct research on various topics to provide the CEO with valuable insights and information.
  • Social Media Support: Manage and maintain the CEO's social media accounts, including content creation and posting. Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries or comments.
  • Minor Personal Errands: Assist with occasional personal tasks, such as ordering gifts or making reservations.
  • Online File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and resources for easy access and retrieval.

Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Flexibility: Work hours are flexible, but you must meet time constraints and deadlines.

Communication: Majority of communication can be conducted via email (gmail) and Slack.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-4 years of experience as Executive Virtual Assistant.
  • Time Management: Must have the ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Social Media Expertise: Adept at and experienced in social media to effectively manage the CEO's online presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail in all tasks and communication.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent the CEO professionally.
  • Obsession with organization: the CEO loves when everything has a place and a purpose.
  • Proactiveness.
  • Knowledge of Google suite, Slack, and Trello.
  • Currently liing in Latin America
  • Professional level of written and verbal English.
