As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, conduct user research, and design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into design concepts and specifications.
- Develop UI components and implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ensure visual consistency and maintain design patterns and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user insights effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Work in an Agile development environment, collaborate with developers, and assist in the implementation of UI designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment with experience in operations.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing UX design work.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, MS Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
