Responsibilities:
- Cold and Email Outreach: Conduct proactive and targeted outreach to advertisers in different markets to present and promote our services.
- CRM Management: Input all contact information and relevant details into our CRM system, focusing on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and scheduling follow-up activities to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Objection Handling and Deal Closing: Skillfully handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Execute proactive and strategic follow-up strategies to ensure a high rate of closed sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills with a clear and easily understandable accent and B2-level English communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both spoken and written English. - CRM Management: Proficiently utilizing CRM tools, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent software, to manage and maintain client information, lead records, and sales activities.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen, including the ability to persuasively convince potential clients, expertly negotiate terms and agreements, diligently follow up with leads and clients, and employ creative and innovative approaches to successfully close deals.
- Persistence and Client Outreach: A high level of persistence and determination when it comes to closing deals, coupled with a commitment to continuous outreach and engagement with potential clients to drive sales success.
