Kiewit Mexico is seeking a Mid-Level Stress Engineer to join our team in Mexico. As a Mid-Level Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for performing stress analysis and calculations to ensure the structural integrity of various components and systems. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions and optimize designs.

Responsibilities
- Performs intermediate calculations under the supervision of a more senior engineer. Solves problems using well established scientific principles.
- Conducts routine technical assignments with some oversight from experienced personnel.
- Develops small to mid-size project or proposals.
- Works with designers to develop engineering and design documents as needed for the project.
- Considers multiple solutions and makes good decisions based on good data analysis.
- Recognizes, troubleshoots and resolves design constraints and issues. Applies economic analysis to determine best cost solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- +7 years of experience in stress analysis
- Proficiency in stress analysis software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- English Proficient (C2)
