Kiewit Mexico is seeking a Document Controller to join our team in the construction industry. As a Document Controller, you will organize, manage, and distribute all project documentation within Kiewit’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). It is crucial to the Document Control Coordinator role to be attentive to detail, have strong communication skills, and appreciate the urgency in which project documentation must be distributed.

Responsibilities:
- Quality check project documentation to ensure adherence with internal and contract requirements, and clearly communicate all required corrections with internal and external stakeholders when quality check requirements have not been met
- Formally issue project deliverables via the project EDMS by uploading project documentation and distributing accurately and in a timely manor
- Maintain project specific logs
- Provide project reports to management, vendors and clients when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, project management, or a related field
- +3 years (Oil and Gas Industry) Document Control experience required
- Proficient in the use of document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- English Proficient (C2)
