Job Description

The HR Administrator will play a critical role in assisting our cross-border Client Solutions team with HR administration as well as assisting with administrative duties in the LATAM region.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

LATAM General Duties

  • Submitting monthly fee instructions
  • Managing the Accounts Payable ticketing System
  • Checking in on Employees a month after being onboarded.
  • Any new administrative process necessary for the smooth operation of the region.

Brazil Specific

  • Liaise with H Quality (Health and Safety partners Brazil)
  • Send list of monthly starters to H Quality
  • Ensure all Employees have completed their medical checks prior to their start date.
  • Ensure Employees perform their periodical medical checks and medical checks upon termination.
  • Knowledge in Tangerino system:
  • Adding employees on Tangerino in order to track time.
  • Regular assessment of Tangerino to ensure that employees are tracking their time

Argentina Specific

  • Liaise with CEMIBA (Health and Safety partners Argentina)
  • Send list of monthly starters to CEMIBA
  • Ensure all Employees have completed their medical checks prior to their start date.

Colombia Specific

  • Liaise with the Health and Safety provider to assess workplace conditions prior to the start date.
  • Follow up on the actions needed from the different committees in place in Colombia, maintain minutes from the meetings and apply corrective actions if needed.
  • Schedule medical checks for new joiners prior to their start date.

Mexico Specific

  • Submit new joiners’ information to the Savings Fund portal.
  • Send Grocery Vouchers cards to new joiners’ address.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Work experience as an HR amp; Admin Officer,HR Administrative Assistantor similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Awareness and appreciation for cultural differences
  • Skilled at analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and making sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology tools
