Requirements
· Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience withing the Cutting Tools industry.
· A proven track record in business development and management of larger, international accounts.
· Fluent in English language.
· Willing to travel.
· Valid visa and passport
· Located in or close by Puebla, or willing to move in an agreed time period.
Ideally knowledge:
· Importation of goods, stock management, invoicing and debt management.

Main Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, evaluating, and developing direct reports.
- Controlling implementation of an efficient process organization in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure scheduling, quality, and requirements-based planning for the area of responsibility, comply confirmed budget data (e.g., sales, market share, revenue).
- Initiate business performance analyses and take effective action in the event of negative plan deviations.
- Ensure the definition, control, and optimization of efficient distribution channels for the products in the sales region while ensuring technical, organizational, and personnel needs.
- Initiate market and business goals, and contract and price agreements negotiations within the specified price limits.
- Negotiate and conclude framework contracts and commission arrangements in the area of responsibility, if necessary, in consultation with the Global Sales Director, and clarify selected complex problems.
- Control a goal-oriented acquisition activity and customer care to achieve the sales budgets as well as carrying out specific support measures for selected customers.
- Direct support for authorized dealers in the sales region.
- Ensure quoting, shipping and invoicing process.
- Ensure debt management, including adherence to agreed customer terms and credit limits.
- Manage procurement of goods from the factories, customs declaration and stock management in line with agreed stock terms and values.
- Specification comparison (benchmarking) in the framework of trade fair visits, working group meetings and customer visits as well as the preparation of proposals for their practical implementation.
- Trade fair participation planning in close coordination with the Marketing function.
- Comply with workplace-related laws regarding occupational safety, plant safety and environmental protection guidelines as well as information security policies.
