Job Description
The Strategic Partnerships Administrator role is pivotal in fortifying our growth through channel, referral, and strategic alliances. This position is accountable for delivering exceptional service, ensuring our teams possess all necessary data and support to nurture and expand these critical revenue streams.
Roles amp; Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to draft MSAs and SOWs, manage their distribution for client signature, and update internal systems to prompt action within the organization.
- Engage clients to secure missing information or address inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate events, from regular meetings to large client-facing gatherings, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and ensuring comprehensive preparation with necessary documentation and itineraries.
- Interface with departments like Client Solutions and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and proficient management of client expectations.
- Maintain and update sales and client records, generate monthly sales reports, and effectively communicate vital customer feedback internally.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and promptly report deviations while staying updated on new service lines.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales support administration, particularly within channel sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, and a strong grasp of sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills along with a dedicated team-player attitude.
- Ability to operate efficiently under stringent deadlines.
- Experience in employment-related business consultancy sales environment is advantageous.
- Excellent global interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills essential for engaging with a diverse workforce and client base.
