Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technological infrastructure. As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing our systems to guarantee efficient performance. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our organization by ensuring that technology aligns with business objectives.
Roles amp; Responsibilities
- Oversees organization technology (Blue Ocean - an internally developed software) ensuring optimal functionality and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
- Maintain data, templates and system settings to ensure accuracy of information and data to ensure business as usual.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Proficient with the features of the system and able to troubleshoot and answer questions from end-users regarding systems and processes.
- Understand user requests and able to articulate requests to the development team
- Able to run training and guide end-users to navigate the systems and utilize the available features to support their day-to-day activities.
- Other ad hoc projects/tasks as and when requested by management.
Requirements
- Passionate about technology and enjoying help people through technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior work experience as a technical specialist or proven experience with maintaining other systems
- Significant project management skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
- Able to accommodate both Americas and Europe time zones for efficient collaboration and support
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to adopts new tools and processes easily
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
