Job Description

Pipeline Gurus is hiring for a leading technology firm specializing in sophisticated enterprise banking applications. solutions cater to traditional banks as well as fully digital banking platforms, focusing on enhancing their operational efficiency and customer experience.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in our expansion into English-speaking markets, particularly targeting Heads of Retail, CIOs, Chief Risk Officers , and Heads of Digital in the banking sector. Your role will be crucial in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our enterprise banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the banking sector's needs, identify key decision-makers, and tailor your outreach strategies.
  • Effective Outreach: Engage potential clients to introduce our banking applications, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with client needs. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline, working closely with the sales team and providing insights gained from interactions with potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Diligently maintain records of all sales activities and communications in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently monitor and report on your lead generation activities, striving to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with the target market. Additional language skills are a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in banking technology or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
