As an IT Recruiter at Lumston, you will play a critical role in finding and attracting top IT talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Drive the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and attracting IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and evaluate their fit for specific roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
