Your mission:

Reporting into the Director of Sales Strategy, you'll be responsible for building a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities, both through organic outreach as well as through supporting effective channel partner strategies.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Support Sales Executives in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize business, both organically and with local channel partners.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach (calls, email, use of Salesforce CRM and other enablement software)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through a combination of inbound lead management, cold outreach, and through channel partners.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives 
  • Perform administrative duties to manage a network of several channel partners to support new pipeline generation
  • Gather key information about market trends, prospects, and channel partners and systematically document them in Salesforce CRM.
  • Be passionate about the value proposition and the Service of the company.
  • Encourage teamwork within the sales team and be an example by providing overall guidance to newly recruited salespeople

Requirements

The experience you bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role
  • Healthcare or life sciences industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Exposure to different sales tools, such as: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Groove, Outreach, DemandBase, ZoomInfo
  • BA/BS degree preferred
