Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in financial software and systems, and has strong analytical skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. If you have a strong background in accounting and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a General Accountant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
