Position Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalized mid-size firm and kickstart your career or take it to the next level at a great company. We are a tight-knit group looking for our next superstar team member to join us as a SEO Content Specialist. The SEO Content Specialist is integral to the business' daily operations. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to; ensuring that our SEO strategies, content planning, creation, publishing are tailored to assist in meeting business objectives, as well ensuring that Rockpoint stands out from its competitors through strategic optimization efforts.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies for SEO, content planning, creation, publishing, and digital media.
  • Complete daily writing assignments
  • Conduct research on legal topics, and its effects on the company’s SEO and Content strategies.
  • Establish standardized guidelines to ensure high content quality, consistency, and brand adherence.
  • Develop content publishing strategies that engage audiences.
  • Write clear and engaging content to promote our services.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase online traffic.
  • Monitor SEO performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Identify customer needs and gaps in our content, recommending new topics.
  • Perform writing of new content for the website, as needed.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure company goals are met across all channels.
  • Optimize digital assets (text, graphics, multimedia), for SEO or display and usability on internet-connected devices.
  • Collect and analyze web metrics (visit, time spent, views per visit, transaction volume, click-through rate, conversion rates, cost per click, cost per acquisition).
  • Participate in the development or implementation of online marketing strategies.
  • Optimize website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns.
  • Coordinate with development team to optimize website architecture, server configuration, or page construction for search engine consumption and optimal visibility.
  • Assist in setting up or optimizing analytic tools for tracking visitor behaviors.
  • Identify KPIs and report key metrics from campaigns.
  • Execute and manage social media campaigns to inform search marketing tactics.
  • Execute and manage communications with digital journalists or bloggers.
  • Back link creation.

Qualifications:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
  • Prior experience in a SEO Content Writing is preferred;
  • Have strong SEO knowledge (h1/h2/h3 meta descriptions, etc);
  • Positive attitude amp; team player;
  • Strong communication (verbal, listening, writing);
  • Strong analytical amp; organizational skills;
  • Immaculate attention to detail;
  • Possess strong critical thinking abilities;
  • Thorough understanding of confidentiality and discretion;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Effective decision-making amp; conflict-management skills;
  • Bilingual (Spanish amp; English C1/C2) Preferred;
