Process Engineer (Clean Room Experience Preferred) - Mexico

As a Process Engineer at Bizforce, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleanroom operations, demonstrating expertise in maintaining high cleanliness standards and implementing efficient processes. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, and MEP engineering with advanced manufacturing techniques, as well as those from data center and oil amp; gas industries, will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean Room Expertise:

• Develop and optimize processes within clean room environments to meet stringent quality and cleanliness standards.
• Implement and maintain protocols for contamination control and clean room operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.

• Apply expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering to enhance advanced manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of MEP systems for optimal production outcomes.

• Leverage knowledge of data center and/or oil amp; gas industry processes to contribute valuable insights to our engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment with industry-specific standards and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer, with a focus on clean room operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with MEP engineering, advanced manufacturing, and/or experience in data center and oil amp; gas industries.
• Skilled in the use of either Revit, AutoCAD, or NavisWorks, or a combination of these tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
