We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro Juriquilla office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Fixed Assets.
• Participate in reconciliation activities and clearing of GL Accounts.
• Conduct audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare financial reports, including cash flow, bank reconciliation, and sales and payroll tax filings.
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
• Compile and analyze financial information to accurately record business transactions in general ledger accounts.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports, ensuring correct account coding.
• Prepare and review annual and quarterly operational budget submissions for assigned G/L accounts.
• Analyze accounts to verify the accuracy of journal entries and balances.
• Process accounts payable invoices, verifying and adjusting account balances.Prepare assigned audit schedules and provide information and research to auditors upon request.

Requirements

• Advanced English is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4-6 years of related experience in accounting, GL and fixed assets is required
• CPA/CMA is an asset
• Knowledge of U.S GAAP
• Knowledge of combined financial statement presentation, SOX, financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
