About the job:DiDi is looking for a Public Relations intern with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen sense for what makes compelling news. The most successful technology and mobility companies are brilliant storytellers who ensure that their products and services, and the impact they have on daily lives, are central to every communication. Our team is responsible for telling DiDi’s story to a wide range of media and external audiences across Mexico.Being part of the PR team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever. This creative and dynamic role calls for a combination of great execution skills, incredible planning and people skills. You will join a really dynamic team with the mission of developing the fundamentals in order to communicate DiDis purpose and impact. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull moment!Your Responsibilities: Fully supporting company's PR strategy and executing it in different phasesSupport of PR daily work: text review for external communications materialsGenerate reports and insight analysis regarding the performance of the Public Relations team and the media stories that occur regarding our business and the industrySupport with agency coordinationMonitoring of news outlets and media publications, as well as support in social media cases with critical situations at a national levelSupport during incident and crisis management in the ride-hailing businessCreating and curating engaging content in creative, inspiring ways that resonate with journalists and the general publicAssist our outreach to local and regional media across the countryWork cross-functionally to help manage issues as they arise and shape the business’ responseThe Successful applicant: Good communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature· Excellent execution and extreme detail-orientationFully bilingual.
