Didi is committed to build and evolve the way it reaches its audiences. We’re looking for an expert to be our 1st integrated media lead in Spanish Speaking Latam to take us on this journey. The right leader will bring a mix of integrated media expertise, in-depth digital knowledge, measurement and analytics capabilities to the position. Someone to inspire and take our media strategies and processes to the next level. A person with broad talent around media, analytics and marketing. Overall, anyone who is hungry to build new ways of operating in the new media landscape will find this to be their perfect challenge.Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop the brand’s media strategy, audience definition, integrated media plans for both offline + online channels.
  • Set up our media agency pitch for the Latam region, contract, evaluation and agency relationships.
  • Optimize the media governance process inclusive of budget management, KPI monitoring, spend reporting and finding investment efficiencies/opportunities with our different media vendors.
  • Lead the attribution of measurement and marketing mix modeling as multi channel attribution models for efficient media mixes.
The Successful Candidate:
  • +10 years of experience with online and offline media.
  • +5 years at media agencies background is a must + client media experience preferred.
  • Primary focus will be Offline media, but we need someone with deep Online experience too.
  • Strong digital knowledge of Google, Facebook and other digital media vendors
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to navigate the org.
  • Experience in MEDIA REGIONAL Head/Director/Business Manager positions in Latam is a MUST.
