Never a dull moment!Passenger operation team members are very important for the expansion and sustainability of the cities. The ideal candidates for our opening roles should have very strong analytical skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.) and feeling comfortable to apply those insights in business decisions.You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAM!Your Responsabilities

- Design and implement initiatives to improve passenger engagement to the platform, being able to leverage data for the decision making process
- Define and manage daily data dashboards to monitor the cities’ performance
- Full ownership of daily passenger’s operations of one or several
- Engineering, Computer science, Actuary or any related degree student (6th to 8th semester)
- Knowledge and interest in analytics and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills a must, other database experience is helpful. Comfortable learning and using new software tools.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Proficiency in English amp; Spanish
