- Fully supporting company's PR strategy and executing it in different phases
- Support of PR daily work: text review for external communications materials
- Generate reports and insight analysis regarding the performance of the Public Relations team and the media stories that occur regarding our business and the industry
- Support with agency coordination
- Monitoring of news outlets and media publications, as well as support in social media cases with critical situations at a national level
- Support during incident and crisis management in the ride-hailing business
- Creating and curating engaging content in creative, inspiring ways that resonate with journalists and the general public
- Assist our outreach to local and regional media across the country
- Work cross-functionally to help manage issues as they arise and shape the business’ response
- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature
- Excellent execution and extreme detail-orientation
- Fully bilingual. Possess excellent English/Spanish written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
- Creative thinker who can develop out-of-the box solutions and storylines with a passion for technology and emerging transportation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills to generate insights based on media stories and the business strategic lines, based on data-driven thinking
