  • As a Business Development Manager, for the Call center, you will be responsible for executing and follow up the sales strategy, building partnerships with restaurants in the local food industry while leading a BPO team, coaching and developing them to achieve the results expected and to deliver high standard Restaurant satisfaction and engagement.
  • You will be responsible for looking at the constant for productivity and efficiency of the BPO..
Your Responsibilities
  • Reach the target of acquisition of business on the territory/zone level.
  • Plan, review, adapt, and execute the annual sales plan in line with the strategy team to reach the promotion and sales activities at the BPO
  • Reach the target of acquisition of accounts within national-wide chain and local restaurants while supporting the sales team by keeping high-quality service.
  • Provide professional guidance to others
  • Set performance plans to manage and drive performance
  • Build strong relationships at the BPO
  • Provides insights and constructive solutions on improving acquisition at the business at KA levels, accordingly to the job function, to retain and raise requirements to improve our level of service
  • Able to identify key issues on restaurant/accounts acquisition amp; relationship management at a team level
The successful applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree - Economic-Administrative or related
  • ~5 years experience professional experience with at least 2 years in telesales
  • The leadership of teams or vendor management experience is a must.
  • Master of commercial knowledge on the acquisition, restaurant management, and relationship building
  • Deep understanding of the local market (usually the whole city)
  • Advanced (bilingual) English level
  • Data-driven and analytical skills
  • KPIs setting and performance evaluation experience
