Job Description

Circus/MediaMonks is on a hunt for a seasoned Social amp; Digital Data Strategist to join our team!

We are looking for a highly skilled person to connect the (data) dots and come up with clear client-friendly narratives of opportunities, hypotheses, issues, etc.


Our data analyst will be responsible for uncovering insights and planning and implementing learning programs for existing clients, monitoring trends and audiences' behaviors, and finding ways to enhance the general consumer.


Responsabilities
  • Work with distributed teams in multiple time zones.
  • Translate the wealth of social media and digital data points into cohesive and actionable insights for our Tier 1 clients.
  • Develop data strategies and roadmaps to propel client marketing activities forward.
  • Conduct social listening analysis on behalf of our Tier One clients and work with wider teams to make data impact the work.
  • Collaborate with global teams to establish a cohesive approach to clients’ needs and unleash opportunities for new business.
  • Work with the Cultural and behavioral strategists to develop weekly and monthly trends reports, brand health trackers and audience profiles
  • Enhance the data understanding of other departments of the agency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ operating in a Data Strategy (Data Planning) function within a digital or research agency environment.
  • Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.
  • Analysis of digital and social platforms
  • Experience in monitoring digital and social trends
  • Experience in working with strategy and content teams.
  • Experience in using data visualisation tools.
  • Presentation, communication and research skills.
  • High level of English (direct contact with international clients)
  • Excellent spelling, writing and mastery of writing rules, syntax.
  • Experience working with Campaign Operations teams using Adobe Campaign or similar
  • Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst)
  • Social analytics tools (e.g., Sysomos, Radian 6)
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau)
