We need a Content Specialist for the Customer Experience family, working hard in order to increase the impact of our campaigns and segments, and enhancing the CX results through a solid Digital strategy. You will be responsible for:
- co-create content for the Customer Experience team
- develop inspiring content that attracts and converts doctors to customers: posting on blog for doctors, creating ebooks content, preparing reports, infographics, videos etc.
- measure effectiveness of created content
- promote and distribute content with marketing automation tools

Requirements
If you:
- Are great storyteller and know how to prepare content that people will love
- Easily express thoughts in writing
- Have a lot of ideas for white papers, infographics, reports, webinars, e-books, videos for doctors (end-to-end gt; from idea to have things done!)
- Understand the business context of communication on the Internet
- Know how to measure the effects of your actions
- Keep your deadlines
- Have an open mind
- Are advanced in English, so you can inspire and be inspired by people handling same positions in Brazil, Poland, Spain, Italy, Chile, Turkey
- Love teaching people as, with your content, you will educate our hospitals and clinics on how they can use internet to grow their medical practices!
- Are perfect in research so you can fast and professional create a content tomorrow about stuff you are not familiar today :)
- Experience at similar position in SaaS company and/or creating content for B2B segment will be a big asset as well as proven success in using content to increase number of customers
