You will be responsible for proposing, planning, executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and pipeline growth. This position joins well-established marketing and sales teams to own offline, digital channels and paid user-acquisition strategies. It is hands-on and will work with marketing to deliver cohesive, data-driven campaigns that show results. As the person in charge, it is not only your responsibility to generate ideas and strategy, but also to execute, measure, iterate and repeat. Responsibilities:
- Own and execute demand generation strategies on different platforms
- Brainstorm, create, measure and iterate for multiple channels.
- Optimize campaigns to continue driving the correct audience
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaigns
- Find new ways to optimize conversion funnels
- Create multiple pieces and steps of campaigns including emails, landing pages and automation workflows
- Investigate trends and new channels
- Manage your part of the demand-generation budget
Requirements
- Knowledge of advertising platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of analytics and engagement platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with measurement tools like Excel and pivot tables.
- Comfort communicating and delivering reports and presentations
- Comfort working autonomously
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
