Head of Global Sales Marketplace

Goals of your job:

Join the Leadership Team to hyper-grow the DocPlanner Business. We are by far the biggest marketplace for doctors and patients on this market .Opportunity for a global role as part of the sales amp; strategy team. Your main focus is :Make every clinic connected and visible with our marketplace.


Your responsibilities:

  • Segmentate database.
  • Validate the sales and customers success process.
  • Define the Ideal Client Profile.
  • Design and execute integration strategy with PMS Deliver new revenue and ensure low churn
  • Work closely with CEOs from other business lines.
  • Manage local teams and lead the international structure.


What skills do you need:

  • Successful experience in leading high-performing sales teams .
  • Excellent sales skills and experience in projects that generate sales productivity improvements and predictable revenue.
  • Mastermind of numbers!!! Excellent in analyzing, and synthesizing sales operations data to provide actionable recommendations, leverages analytical models, and frameworks to recommend actions.
  • Strong lateral management, motivating and influencing interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus and ownership on Results and Growth
  • Cultural awareness amp; sensitivity, experience working across diverse cultures and nationalities.
  • Experience in decision making within your own area of responsibility and managing engagements as a business.
  • Super Hands on and ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment

Requirements

  • Outstanding English and Spanish communication skills
  • Major degree, postgraduate will be a differential
  • Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills (e.g., designing, conducting and analyzing all kinds of user data.)
  • Experience minimum 5 years in sales and business development. 3 year at least as a leader.
  • Desirable have worked in a startup company
  • Experience with dashboards, CRMs ( Hubspot a plus) process management
