Mid-Level Python Developer
Zipdev, Mexico

Zipdev is looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop new feature development work on our backend systems for different software products. Python Developer responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team. Ultimately, you’ll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs.

• Build efficient back-end features in Python
• Create and update RESTful API services to support product requests
• Work on implementing Django data models
• Integrate 3rd party API services
• Implement complex business logic

Requirements

• Proficient in building event-driven systems
• 2+ years experience with Python
• 2+ years experience working in cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
• 2+ years experience building RESTful API services
• 1+ years experience with Django, Postgres or similar SQL databases
• 1+ years experience with Docker
