Purpose of the Job
The implementation of the service support of the client base of the branch, assistance and advice to customers. Direct sales of the company's services to both existing and new customers through active communications through various channels - telephone sales, personal meetings, email, messengers and so on. Maintaining trusting relationships and customer interest in the financial markets in order to increase the lifetime value customers in the Company. Achieve personal sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- compliance with the business processes adopted by the Company, performance of tasks set by the branch director
- knowledge and possession of all relevant services and products of the Company
- possession of all internal IT resources of the Company necessary for the performance of their duties
- incoming contact processing - providing advice and support for customers
- making outgoing contacts (phone, email, instant messengers, etc.) to sell the services and products of the Company to customers
- face-to-face client meetings at the branch office or in neutral territory (if necessary)
- making cold calls to attract new customers (if necessary)
- responsible and complete recording of all contacts with customers in the CRM-system
- discussion and analysis with clients of market situations in order to maintain customer interest in the financial markets
- meeting standard requirements for daily communications with customers
- meeting the requirements for the quality of communications with customers in accordance with the methods approved by the Company
- temporary replacement of the branch director and other employees for the period of forced absence
- participation in client events of the branch (master classes, workshops) as an assistant or speaker
- increase their own skills and competencies through corporate training and implementation of an individual development plan
- analysis of competitors' actions and feedback from the Company's clients. Bringing important information to the Branch Director
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in finance sphere
- correct oral and written language
- fluent English
- public speaking experience
- business negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
- experience with CRM systems
Additional Skills Prefered
- personal experience of trading on Forex, CFD`s or stock market
- higher education
- possession / pass trainings on different sales methods (SPIN-selling, NLP, etc.)
