What You’ll Be Doing
The customer experience will be in your hands as you interact with potential small and medium customers through phone calls and emails. You’ll pitch and demonstrate the value of our services and plans. You’ll generate new alliances/clients through prospecting, networking, leads and referrals.
+ Design a strategy for sales in general
+ Acquiring and retaining the accounts of clients
+ Using solutions-based selling techniques
+ Outbound calling, emailing (customer visits only if needed)
+ Completing contracts and reporting
+ Convert clients in our Freemium plan to paying users (Premium plan)
Requirements
+ Dominate and talk perfect english (Ideal if the candidate is american or has lived in USA for a couple of years)
+ 3 or more years of relevant work experience in sales
+ A competitive attitude to get new clients
+ Experience in customer service, marketing or sales
+ Facility to move locally in order to visit clients (Not necessary for now)
+ People skills for negotiating, closing deals, and building trust with clients
+ Proactiveness, motivation and high energy for results
