Job Description

PPRO is growing rapidly, and we are on the lookout for new team members to join our Office in Mexico City.   • Revenue invoicing in LATAM countries.
  • Monthly fix and non fix providers fee payment in LATAM countries, making sure the invoices are issued correctly and the cost match with the one previously forecasted.
  • Keep track of each LATAM countries payment in a payables files.
  • Execute adjustment fees and cost in order to recognize them properly in each LATAM country bank account.
  • LATAM countries bank fees reimbursement.
  • LATAM countries tax fee payment.
  • Support event marketing team when it's needed.
  • Support PPRO Global administrative team with their projects.
  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures
  • Catering planning
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing meeting room calendars and schedules
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
  • Creation travel reports including travel expenses via our travel expense tool
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Qualifications
  • Proven 3-5 years work experience preferably in financial services, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economy or Engineering
  • Attention to detail and driven
  • Fluent English
  • Basic IT Skills (databases, MS Office, etc.)
  • Experience as a secretary or administrative support
  • Experience in a corporate, regulatory and banking environment preferred
