Job Description
PayJoy is looking for a Sales Representative to help drive the growth of PayJoy’s phone finance services in Mexico. As our ideal candidate, you are dynamic, results-driven and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on building the next generation of PayJoy’s phone finance experiences. The Sales Representative is responsible for the expansion of retail and distribution and to increase and sales revenue while building solid relationships with the retailers and distributors across Mexico.
Requirements
- Experience in telecommunication companies
- Experience training sales teams
- Availability to travel and work under ambiguity
- Intermediate to advanced English level
- Enthusiastic, you will work with other teams
- Public speaking skills and ability to train big groups
Job Description
You will be the main point of contact for our partners. Be the responsible to develop existing clients to growth sales and build a portfolio with new clients. You will be visiting stores to train sales teams, make onboarding sesions to ensure results.
Part of the administrative tasks, is that you will be providing sales analysis to each partner and create strategies to increase sales, negotiation skills is a must since you will be on charge of thir performance. Maintain the communication channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 3 years in any of the following areas: Customer Service, Sales, Sales in Modules, Advertising, PR, Memberships, OPC (time shares).
- Experience in Telecom industry
- Experience in visual merchandising (electronic)
- Experience in training and onboarding new partners
- Negotiation and communication skills
