Job Description
• Supervision of staff.
• Personnel requirements and characteristics of the position to be held.
• Log review.
• Process supervision.
• Create recipes for each of the chrome models.
• Verification of parameters in general. (peripherals and chemicals).
• Inventory review (online metals and chemical WIP, Line.
• Calculation of the consumption of the chemicals to request.
• Identification and solution of chemical problems in the chrome line.
• Material requirement authorization. (Chemicals, Tools, etc.)
• Review of the results of the reports generated in the area.
• Review of the measurement parameters results.
• Generate the reports and programming of the maintenance of the process baths.
• Monthly review of the operation of the work team.
• Training of new staff.
• Review of the status of the line by issuing a trial to start production.
• Acquisition support
• Support to maintenance personnel in the activities carried out in the chrome line
• Attention to suppliers and customers.
• Link between technical support from suppliers and the company.
• Support in the development of rack design (features)
Requirements
Professional or related career
• Desirable technical English
• Experience in a similar position for 3 years or equivalent
• Have experience in the field related to the handling of chemical products.
• Have the ability to use and execute general procedures and duties.
• Recognize abnormal results, take analytical action / corrective technique.
• Experience and management of computer equipment, Excel, power point, Word, Outlook
• Affective communication with coworkers
